Once you are re-directed you will have the option to pay your rent online
or schedule a service request.
Please remember-
- Payments
are posted before the following business day and are not reflected on your
account statement until the next business day.
- Your
login is your email address that you have provided the office.
If your email has changed or you require assistance registering your
account, please call the office- 256-461-7696.
- Re-occurring
payments (automatic) are not accepted at the present time.
Our software vendor is currently working to implement this feature in
the near future.
- The
forms of payments that we are accepting include: online check payments,
Visa/Mastercard, and Discover.
- This
service is currently free to our residents.
